Construction of 60+ sqm extension and tie into existing home. Building of double garage at the front of the house and ensuring all hard landscaping was complimentary to home.

This young family of 5 lived in a 100 sqm home on a 629 sqm section, they were rapidly outgrowing the home as their 3 boys grew but were unable to find a suitable home in the area. They loved their school and the community they lived in and didn’t want to compromise those things to find another home. They had plans designed and starting approaching builders, they were unsure if what they had designed would fit in their budget and wanted assurance they were going to over capitalise on their current home.
